The Certified Operations Manager in Microfinance Companies Program aims to qualify and develop operations managers in microfinance companies by enhancing their understanding of their supervisory and operational roles in accordance with the requirements of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA). The programme also seeks to develop and strengthen their capabilities in analysing customers’ creditworthiness, assessing risks, and making accurate financing decisions in line with the company’s policies and the Financial Regulatory Authority’s regulations, while contributing to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
