The Financial Services Institute was established in accordance with Law No. 10 of 2009 concerning the regulation of supervision of non-banking financial markets and instruments and in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 260 of 2010. The Financial Services Institute is the training arm of the General Authority for Financial Supervision, which provides its training services to all non-banking financial sectors (capital market – insurance – financial leasing – real estate finance – microfinance – consumer finance – factoring – movable guarantees).
