The Regulatory Legislation Program in Light of the Unified Insurance Law – Level Two was designed in light with the aim of identifying the most prominent legislation regulating the Unified Insurance Law No. 155 of 2024, the conditions for practicing and continuing the activity, the requirements for membership of the Board of Directors, in addition to the requirements for capital and the financial solvency margin, in addition to identifying the impact of the new law on the insurance industry in Egypt and the philosophy of the Unified Insurance Law.

Compliance Officer – Technical departments in insurance companies – Legal departments in insurance companies.

Training Program Content

  • General rules for insurance companies to conduct business in light of the Unified Insurance Law.
  • The powers of the Financial Regulatory Authority and its supervisory rules in light of the Unified Insurance Law.
  • Understanding the regulations governing the deadlines for submitting financial statements and the requirements for their preparation, in light of the Authority’s Board of Directors Resolution No. (3) of 2025.
  • Understanding the regulations governing insurance companies’ investments (Resolution No. 2 of 2025, as well as any resolutions related to assigning portfolios managed by investment managers and resolutions establishing investment funds by insurance companies).
  • Understanding the regulations governing the formation of technical provisions, in light of the issuance of the Authority’s Board of Directors Resolutions Nos. (4) and (16) of 2025.
  • Understanding the nature of the records that insurance companies are obligated to maintain according to the Unified Insurance Law and any resolutions issued regarding them.
  • Understanding Takaful (Islamic insurance), microinsurance, and medical insurance in light of the Unified Insurance Law.
